Network
The Network
My network isn't a follower count, a CRM export, or a list of addresses I collected. It's over 250 hand-picked people across the music industry, and every one of them is someone I have a real, personal relationship with, built and earned over time. These are people I've worked with again and again, often across many years. Some of those relationships go back more than a decade, to well before I joined Native Instruments.
That depth is the whole point. When I reach out, I'm not a stranger in an inbox, I'm someone they already know and trust.
Who’s in it
Content creators and influencers of every size, from bedroom producers with a few hundred subscribers to names with millions of followers
Recording and touring artists, from independent acts to names playing arenas
DJs and electronic artists, from bedroom DJs to festival main-stage acts
Music directors and playback engineers for major touring acts
Studio, mixing, and mastering engineers at top facilities across the globe
Sound designers for Hollywood, TV, radio, and games
Composers scoring film, TV, and video games
It spans genres, not just one scene: hip hop, electronic, techno, house, rock, pop, and ambient, which means I can reach the right creators for almost any product or audience.

Backing people early
I back people on the strength of their work, not the size of their audience. Often early, while they're still under the radar and long before other brands come knocking. Some of the people I first reached out to as near-unknowns are now among the most influential voices in music production.
“I had just reached 15k followers when Mick told me what mattered wasn’t follower count, but the quality of the work. It transformed how I approach social media: I stopped chasing numbers and started making things I care about. I’m now past 220k across platforms, with a wide range of brand collaborations.”
What it means for a team that hires me
This is the part that doesn't show up on a CV but matters most. I don't arrive and start cold, I arrive already plugged in. I know who's running which programs, what brands are really paying, which creators actually move product, and where the real opportunities are, because I've been in those conversations for years. For an employer, that means a warm network and years of earned trust, working for you from day one.
“Mick opened the door for me at Native Instruments, and his belief in me helped lead to my job at Sweetwater, where I’m now in-house Content Creator. He leads with genuine relationship, not transaction, and any company would be blessed to have him.”
